I'd give them a few hours to notice and fix the problem, before pursuing the issue with their support folks. If the problem persists, it's probably not in your sphere of control. (Many popular web services push 10-20 daily updates to their service, so a mismatch between the game's server and cached client code from yesterday isn't totally unbelievable.) Clearing your browser cache would eliminate this possibility. This is most likely a misconfiguration on the game's servers, or less likely, a mismatch between the content cached locally on your computer and what the game server is expecting.
